Stored Product Pests.

Stored Product Pests is related to the infestation of packaged or stored foods. Entomologists' jobs are to figure out the source of the infestation and hold parties with contaminated goods responsible if necessary; an Entomologist can determine if food is infested for being open/exposed too long, or if it happened before packaging. Insect identification, development stage, feeding behavior, biology, and typical habitat are all important in being able to give an educated opinion on when and how an infestation occurred.
